Final Grid - GOOD LUCK!
To Purchase:
1. Simply fill out the online form below with your contact information and # of squares you'd like to purchase.If you're having trouble, you may write down your name, email, phone and # of squares to purchase and take it to the Church Office or place in the collection basket with your payment.
2. Pay digitally by using Venmo or by cash/check to the office.
3. Once payment is received, your name will be added to the board and you will receive an email confirmation.
4. On the afternoon of the Super Bowl, the computer will select the grid numbers and we will post a copy of the finished Grid here!

Winnings Distribution is as Follows*:

1st quarter: $125
2nd quarter: $250
3rd quarter: $125
Final score: $500
IF All Squares are not sold, a % will be assigned per quarter as follows:
- 1st and 3rd: 6.25%
- 2nd: 12.5%
- Final: 25%
Winners will be contacted to distribute prizes.
Winners are responsible for all taxes.
