At Sacred Heart Parish in Royersford, more than 100 attendees gathered Oct. 1 in the decorated gym, with some folks even donning lederhosen — the iconic Bavarian shorts with suspenders — for the occasion.

Parishes bless four-footers to mark feast of St. Francis – Catholic Philly Dozens of dogs, cats, hamsters, turtles and even a few rats received a sprinkle of holy water, as their owners shared faith and fellowship.

Join Us! June 5, 2021 for a Community Stroll through Royersford! HEART stands for Happily Emerging in Action Royersford Together.  During these past many months of living through a pandemic, our community has been forced to remain apart.  Join us as we safely gather as a parish, reach out to our Royersford neighbors, show gratitude for our first responders, promote good health, and emerge from COVID isolation.

In anticipation and preparation for this World Day of Prayer, we invite you to join our current and incoming Vocation Directors, Fr. Stephen DeLacy and Fr. David Friel, respectively, and seminarians from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in praying a Novena for Vocations between Saturday, April 17th and Sunday, April 25th. These daily videotaped reflections/prayers of the Novena will be uploaded each morning to our website (heedthecall.org/novena) and Facebook (@PhillyPriest) and Instagram (@PhillyPriest) pages.

The Knights of Columbus, Council 1374, are happy to announce that we are once again offering our Advent Crab Cake Sale featuring Captain Chucky's jumbo lump crab cakes, crab critters, and Maryland crab soup.

Sacred Heart will oncce again be providing assistance to those in need this Christmas season. We will assist St. Mary’s Shelter, Birthright, My Brother’s Place, and the Saint Vincent de Paul Society. Gift cards may be placed in the collection basket at Mass, dropped off or mailed to the parish office. Deadline is December 20th!
