Times Herald, March 13, 2025 ROYERSFORD — Sacred Heart Church in Royersford is proud to be celebrating the 10-year anniversary. of its non-profit Café is located right on our church property at 838 Walnut St.
The Disciple Maker Index was developed by Catholic Leadership Institute in 2013 with the guidance and input of our Bishops and Priests, and the expertise of professional survey teams to be an instrument that is statistically sound while at the same time focusing on important aspects of our Catholic Faith.
The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) is an anonymous survey of parishioners that provides insights into the level of missionary discipleship in the parish in addition to the effectiveness of the Mass experience, preaching and other aspects of the parish.
On 23 May 2024, Pope Francis recognized a second miracle attributed to the intercession of Acutis. On 1 July 2024, Pope Francis presided at an Ordinary Consistory of Cardinals, which approved the canonization of 15 people, including Blessed Carlo Acutis. The date of his formal canonization has now been announced: April 27, 2025, in St. Peter’s Square in Rome.

The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., is designated a special place of pilgrimage for Jubilee Year 2025 by the Administrative Committee of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. This special designation allows the faithful to obtain the Jubilee Year Indulgence by making a pious pilgrimage or visit to Mary’s Shrine.

Donate to Saint John’s Hospice's fourth Annual Boot Up Philly initiative to help provide 1,000 men, women, and children experiencing homelessness and poverty with new boots, winter coats, and other essential items to stay warm during the cold winter season. Our Home Is Moving. For the past 7 years, A Baby’s Breath has had the privilege of offering housing to pregnant, homeless clients. This was due to the partnership we have had with St. Ann’s parish. We are so grateful for the opportunity, however, 2 years ago, we were informed that our building was being sold and we were not able to purchase the building.
